Murphee Limited is a small software company with four brands. Together they build AI-assisted products for education, security, the trades, small business, children’s learning and everyday wellbeing, and we keep people in control of every one of them.

Prepare and practise teaching

Create editable lessons and term plans of 1–12 weeks with your own source materials. Rehearse with fictional pupils in a browser classroom, then approve your lesson before presenting it.

Explore counselling conversations

Practise with fictional adult clients using authored cases. Try your own words, pause an exchange and revisit a response.

Pause, retry and reflect

Type or use voice, including an optional live microphone mode. Rewind and try another approach, then reflect against your own transcript. There is no score or pass mark.

Currently a pilot in early preview, for both teaching and therapy practice. Scenarios use fictional people; specialist review and practitioner evaluation are still underway. This is not a service for real pupil or client records. Contact us about current access.

Marvin · the paranoid student

Student pilot

A study workspace that quietly records how a piece of work comes together: every draft, every source read, every idea said out loud and every line pasted in. If a detector ever points at a student, they can show their working instead of arguing about a percentage.

Made for students who do their own work, and the teachers who want to see how it was made.

Every step leaves a trace

Drafts are kept, captured quotes carry their references, and dictation records the words a student chose to keep. Pasting is allowed and clearly labelled.

A mentor, not a ghostwriter

The AI mentor asks questions to move thinking on. Ask it for finished work and it answers with a guiding question instead.

Evidence, not verdicts

Teachers see what was typed, spoken, quoted, pasted and asked. There are no originality scores, and the judgement stays with people who know the student.

Marvin is in pilot. It records how work was made; it does not prove authorship or replace a teacher’s judgement. Contact us about current access.

Pebbles

In development

A learning platform for children to learn, play, create and explore. Pebbles brings skill-building practice, games, colouring and books together in one age-appropriate world, with parents guiding the way as their child grows.

Pebbles is personal and close to home. Through our own families and friends we saw the risks children meet online, and wanted somewhere they could learn, play and explore in a safe, secure space. Pebbles and friends are the companions. Murphee looks after the space, and parents get short heads-ups about how things are going, never a feed of what their child read or said.

Learn and build skills

Practice lessons help children work on reading and number skills. Pebbles notes what a child managed first time and where they needed help, then suggests what to try next.

Play, create and explore

Games and colouring make room for play and creativity. Books offer another way to explore, with reading modes, narration and word help, plus story questions and linked activities to take an idea further.

Grow with parents alongside

A space that grows with each child, looked after by Murphee, with parents making the calls. Parents set up profiles, devices and daily limits behind a parent PIN, and choose privacy and AI settings, which start switched off. Murphee keeps the space age-appropriate and sends a short heads-up when something needs a grown-up. Murphee flags; you decide.

We’re continuing to develop Pebbles, and some features, including AI learning support, are not yet available to families. Get in touch to discuss the learning experience and current access.

A fraud-protection companion for older adults. Check a suspicious message, email or screenshot on your own phone, see why it was flagged, and practise spotting the scam calls that try to rush people into paying or sharing details.

Made for older adults first, and anyone who wants a calm second opinion before they reply, pay or call back.

Check a message

Share a text, email or screenshot to Buck, or paste it in, and check it on the phone itself. Buck highlights the warning signs it found and suggests what to do next.

Practise a call

Listen to example scam calls with the script on screen and a slower voice if you prefer, then practise how you would respond.

Screen unfamiliar callers

We are building Buck to answer unfamiliar numbers first and explain what the caller wants, leaving the choice to take or decline the call with you. Saved contacts will ring through as normal.

Buck is an Android-first prototype in development. Call screening is being tested and is not available yet. Buck helps people notice warning signs; it cannot guarantee that a message or call is safe. Contact us about current access.

Steve (HVAC Engineer)

In development

The HVAC app in our trade family. Follow a guided inspection, capture photos, video and narration, then check suggested equipment details and findings before issuing a report. Site plans keep the work connected to its location.

Capture the visit

Follow guided inspection steps and attach readings, narration, photos and sampled video frames to the right equipment. Inspection evidence can queue offline and sync when a connection returns.

Check the report

Check suggested details against the cited speech and images. Correct mistakes and verify findings before issuing a report. AI suggestions support the engineer’s review; they do not establish a diagnosis.

Work with the plan

Start a site plan from a LiDAR room scan on iPhone Pro or iPad Pro, or from a drawing or a sketch. Place equipment, trace runs and calibrate lengths, then review proposed changes in the editor to keep the plan connected to the actual work.

Steve is in development for iPhone and Android, and is being tested with engineers. Room scanning uses the LiDAR sensor on iPhone Pro and iPad Pro, which Android phones do not have. AI suggestions require checking, and field accuracy is still being evaluated. Contact us about current access.

Dunny

In development

Simple business management for the people who run a small company. Keep the company’s official details and deadlines in view, get receipts into the books with a person checking each one, and prepare compliance documents with help from Bruce, Dunny’s AI assistant.

Your company in one place

Link the company to Companies House to see its official details, directors and filing deadlines. Guided steps help prepare a confirmation statement before you file it on the official service.

Receipts into the books

Receipts and invoices that arrive by email are found, checked for duplicates and given a suggested category. A person reviews each one before it goes into the accounts.

Compliance with Bruce

Bruce interviews an admin and proposes the documents an ISO 27001 programme needs. The admin edits and approves every one; nothing is adopted without them.

Dunny is in development, and Murphee Limited is its first business. It runs in desktop and laptop browsers, and bookkeeping currently connects to FreeAgent. Contact us about current access.

A career technologist with more than 30 years building software across defence, government, health care and financial services around the world.

He has spent that time building complex systems that demand the highest levels of security, where trust has to be earned and kept. That is why every Murphee product keeps people in control.

Murphee the gorilla is his alter ego: big, strong, full of mischief, and rather better dressed.
